Astha Mahila Evam Bal Vikash Sansthan is a registered, Non Profit Organization and it is working in field since 2007
AMEBVS was formed in 2007 but this organization got registered in 2014. The working area of Astha organization is Varanasi, Jaunpur, Mirzapur, and Indo-Nepal Border. Aastha is a non-profit organization helping victims and survivors of sex trafficking, human trafficking, domestic servitude, and child abuse in Uttar Pradesh and at the Indo-Nepal border by researching, analyzing addressing, and then implementation ideas.
As the organization’s mission is to fight against modern slavery with different tools of research, and according to the facts of the research, Astha organization in coordination with different level of government officials and frontline workers, different developmental programs is organized
Our Great Team
We support victims and survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence and work collaboratively with various organizations, government officials, and society. Eradication of child labor from different types of works like a brick kiln, domestic servant, carpet industries, and from hotel, restaurants, and entertainment industries. Empowering the women by giving them income generation training and knowledge about their rights by performing different activities. Repatriation of the rescued victims from different types of modern slavery.
Researching, Analyzing Addressing, and then Implementation of ideas is the prime focus of Astha organization because after research we get the real picture of modern slavery.
To provide new income-earning sources by developing new technology into traditional handicrafts and promotion of their final products. Ensure promote safe migration of the migrant laborers (National or International migration) and maintain peace and harmony in the society because without peace development is not possible.
Astha Mahila Evam Bal Vikash Sansthan Varanasi did the things which are available on the ground. Due to Astha Foundation research work on sex trafficking in Varanasi, Varanasi Police has cracked a high profile sex racket in which most of the sex worker is the victim of sex trafficking.
